Senior Sales & Service Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales & Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers in need ATB, VFD retrofit, Spare Parts, temporary cooling solutions, and managing chiller rental plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential customers in industries such as pharmaceutical, factories, hospitals, data centers, and other commercial and industrial settings needing temporary cooling solutions.
• Assess and understand customer requirements, offering tailored solutions for temporary cooling and HVAC system components.
• Drive revenue growth through the sale of ATB, VFD retrofit, chiller rental plans, HVAC spare parts, and value-added services.
• Handle chiller rental plans, ensuring all aspects of customer needs are met, from initial consultation to system installation and support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Regularly report on sales progress, customer feedback, and market insights to the management team.
Education:
BSC in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in refrigeration & air-conditioning.
Job Specification:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in HVAC sales, spare parts, or industrial equipment rental (preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling solutions, and air purification technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify customer needs and offer effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and conduct site visits as needed.
Job Type: Full Time.
Salary Range: Negotiable.
